6
Complaints must be received by December 7th 2014 from
purchasers who collect lots at the auction. Mail bidders must make
their claim in writing within 10 - ten days - from the date of
dispatch of the lots from Bergen. Minor defects on lots containing
more than 3 single stamps, collections, bulk and kiloware are not
sufficient cause for complaint. Purchasers of this type of stock
must accept differences of up to 20% in stated value or content.
7
Extension of the claim period must, for mail bidders, be arranged
with the auctioneer prior to the auction. Bidders in the room must
notify the auctioneer at the moment og acquisition.
8
Complaints are not accepted if the lot is changed by way of
processing or treatment unless authorisation in writing from the
auctioneer has been obtained in advance.
9
The auctioneer may reject bids. He may also refuse anyone
admission to, or participation in the auction. The auctioneer may
also withdraw, re-group or split any lot. If any dispute arises the
auctioneer shall determine the issue and he may declare a new
round of bidding and re-sell the lot in respect of which the dispute
arises.
10
Bidding at the auction implies an acceptance of the above
noted conditions of sale. Please make allowances for any
printing errors in our catalogue. In cases where they occur, the
purchaser is fully entitled to return the acquired lot.
