YY Y 2 skilling - a fantastic and colourful mint block of 25 from the upper right corner of the sheet from the sheet positions B 1-25. This is the second largest recorded mint block of this stamps. 18 of the stamps are unmounted mint and the centering of the stamps are close to perfect. An excellent international exhibition item.

The cover is cancelled "Aachen 31.8. paid 23 Cts" in red. This was combined rate for the Prussian inland, Belgian and British transit and the Sea and was divided in accordance to the convention. A fantastic item in superb quality, and surely one of the most spectacular covers from Norway to U.S.A from the skilling period. A highlight in every Norway collection.
