* | A very spectacular cover with a horizontal strip of 6 making the 24 skilling rate on cover sent to Neapel, Italy. The postage covers the rate to the Austrian/Lombardy/Venetian boarder. Each stamp is nicely cancelled with numeral cancellations "25" (Bergen) and the cover also carries an additional town cancellation "Bergen 11.10.1856" in blue. The strip is from sheet positions D 35-40 and the right stamp carries the variety "Doublefoot".
